1. What was the reason for you to buy Waltron? 
   Researched various suppliers and liked Waltron product specifications (specifically response time for dissolved oxygen).  Waltron was also recommended by outside firm.  Have added additional Waltron products based on good experience.  Excellent product quality.
2. What do you expect from Waltron? 
   Thorough and timely service/support when it comes to general questions and troubleshooting analyzer issues.
3. What do you like about Waltron analyzers? 
   Waltron analyzers are dependable and high quality.
4. Does Waltron respond promptly when you have a question or problem? 
   Yes, Waltron has made improvements in this area.

   Reliability and support (with regards to both product and service).

   I would consider changing from my current supplier to Waltron’s 9041 silica analyzer because of better reliability with Waltron products.
9. Would it be ok to use you as a reference?  Yes.
10. If someone came to you for advice on analyzers would Waltron be the first choice to give them?  Yes.
