PROBLEM   POSSIBLE CAUSE   SOLUTION
Nothing is displayed on the screen when a button is pressed.   The power supply has not been connected. The power supply is in the safe mode (too hot).   Connect the power supply. Wait 10 minutes and turn the power supply back on.
The O2 value seems to be incorrect.   The temperature sensor is faulty.   Check whether a realistic temperature value is given. Check the O2 sensor using calibration gases and, if necessary, recalibrate it.
The message ‘O2 sensor does not react’ is displayed on the measurement screen.   An oxygen sensor has not been connected. The oxygen sensor is faulty.   Connect the oxygen sensor. Contact Waltron.
ERROR MESSAGE   CAUSE   SOLUTION
‘O2 high’   O2 value > set O2 ‘high’ alarm   Check the process. Change the ‘high’ level.
‘O2 high-high’   O2 value > set O2 ‘high – high’ alarm   Check the process. Change the ‘high – high’ level.
Sensor x, Temp high alarm   Temp value > set Temp high value   Check the process Change the ‘Temp high’ level
Sensor x, Temp low alarm   Temp value > set temp low value   Check the process Change the ‘Temp low’ level
Sensor x, not connected   No sensor is connected No communication is possible with the sensor   Connect the sensor
Sensor ‘INIT’ error   Not all the calibration data has been loaded into the control box   Connect the sensor to the control box and restart the control box.
