Waltron’s new Reagents and Standards service program is an excellent way for customers to keep new and existing Waltron equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Some of the benefits of blanket ordering of reagents and standards include:

• Less-hassle and minimal paperwork involved
• Cost-savings through discounts
• No analyzer down-time because reagents and standards are always in stock
• Easy to hold and release shipments

Blanket order options – in warranty period

• Blanket orders for warranty period (12 or 24 month) with shipments scheduled monthly and billing as reagents and standards are shipped - 5% discount
• Blanket order for warranty period (12 or 24 month) with shipments scheduled monthly and lump sum billing with first shipment - 10% discount

Note: For locations with more erratic usage we can hold each shipment until released by customer.
     Billing as reagents and standards are shipped - 2% discount
     Lump sum billing with analyzer shipment - 5% discount

Blanket order options – out of warranty period

• Blanket order for 12 month period with shipments scheduled monthly and billing as reagents and standards are shipped
• Blanket order for 12 month period with shipments scheduled monthly and lump sum billing with first shipment - 5% discount
